This privacy notice has been prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform visitors of the heka.digirise.tr website, and anyone who contacts us, about how their personal data is processed.

2. Personal Data We Process
- Identity: first name, last name
- Contact: email address, phone number
- Request details: project, product and budget information you share through the contact form, by email or by phone
- Transaction security: IP address, browser and device information, time of visit, server logs
- Marketing: the email address you share to subscribe to our newsletter, and site usage data collected through cookies

- To receive and assess your quote, information and project requests and to respond to you
- To carry out contractual processes relating to our products and services
- To send newsletters and announcements, if you have given your consent
- To keep the website secure and prevent misuse
- To improve our services by analysing how the site is used
- To fulfil our legal obligations and respond to requests from competent authorities
4. Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the following legal grounds: processing is directly related to the formation or performance of a contract (c), it is necessary to fulfil our legal obligations (ç), it is necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right (e), and it is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f). Sending newsletters and using analytics cookies are based on your explicit consent under Article 5/1 of the KVKK; you may withdraw your consent at any time.
5. Method of Collection
Your data is collected electronically, by partly or fully automated means, through the contact and newsletter forms on our website, by email, by phone and through cookies.
6. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be shared with business partners who provide hosting and technical maintenance for the website, with email service providers, and with public authorities that are legally entitled to request it.
Google Analytics, used to analyse site usage, and Google Maps, used to display maps, are provided by Google LLC, whose servers are located outside Türkiye. Under these services your IP address and usage data may be transferred abroad. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. 7. Retention Period
Your data is kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the retention periods set out in the applicable legislation; when that period ends, it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
8. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
As a data subject, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its erasure or destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK; to request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred; to object to any adverse outcome resulting solely from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
9. How to Apply
You can send requests about your rights in writing, together with information that identifies you, to our address above or to info@hekalighting.com. Requests are resolved free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on their nature.
